Devon Children’s Trust Statutory Board
The purpose of the Children’s Trust Statutory Board is to lead and give a clear strategic direction to the priorities and the delivery of the Children and Young People’s Plan (CYPP) and drive whole system change to meet the needs of children and young people and their families.
The Board also:
- decides on the Trust’s strategic priorities and decides how joint resources should be used
- monitors and evaluates results and sets challenges when progress is slow
- oversees the work plans of the commissioning boards
- commission the stakeholder group to do specific work including co-ordinating needs analysis reflecting Devon’s diverse communities.
